Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period
- You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you received your product.
- The period is calculated based on the delivery date reflected in the cargo tracking system.
- Return requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted, except in cases where there is a legal obligation.
Return Conditions
- Products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- They must be sent with their original tags and in their original packaging.
- Products with detached tags, washed, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Due to hygiene, underwear and swimwear/bikini products are excluded from returns.
- If products not meeting the conditions reach us, the product will be sent back to the customer or a gift voucher for the product value will be defined.
Return Process
- All return requests are initiated through your Shopify account. Do not send the product without creating a return request.
- Log in to your account — Click on the account icon at barbarianwoman.com. Log in with the login link sent to your email address or with your password.
- Go to the "My Orders" section — Select the order you want to return.
- Click the "Create Return Request" button — Mark the relevant product(s) and select your reason for return.
- Wait for the confirmation email — Your request will be reviewed within 1–2 business days; cargo instructions will be sent to your email address along with an approval or rejection decision.
- Ship the product — For approved returns, send the product in its original packaging, with its tag, via Yurtiçi Kargo to the specified address. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.
- Product inspection — After the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected for return conditions within 1–3 business days.
- Refund — Approved returns will be refunded to your account within the legal period of 14 calendar days using the payment method you used during the order.
- If you shopped as a guest, you can send your return request to info@barbarianwoman.com along with your order number.
Return Shipping Fee
- For standard returns, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer.
- For incorrect or damaged product shipments, the return shipping fee is covered by Barbarian Woman.
Size Exchange
- You can request a size exchange within 14 days from the date you received your product.
- Exchange requests are evaluated based on stock availability; if the requested size is not in stock, a full refund will be made.
- You can submit your exchange request by indicating it in the notes section of the return form or by writing to info@barbarianwoman.com.
Refund
- Refunds are made to the card you used during the order via the Iyzico payment infrastructure.
- It is completed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the return approval. The reflection period to your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
- For installment payments, the refund amount is deducted from the remaining installments or a lump sum refund is made.
Damaged or Faulty Product
- If you received a product different from what you ordered or a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours from the delivery date.
- Send your order number and photos showing the damage to info@barbarianwoman.com.
- In such cases, the return shipping fee is covered by us and processed as a priority.
