In the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("LPPD”), data subjects, who are defined as personal data owners ("Hereinafter referred to as "Applicant”), are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the LPPD. Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD; applications regarding these rights to our Company, which is the data controller, must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board”). In this context, applications to be made to our Company "in writing” can be submitted to us by taking a printout of this form; • By the Applicant's personal application, • Via notary public, • By sending it to the Company's registered e-mail address, signed with a "secure electronic signature” defined in Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signature by the Applicant. Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of the LPPD.
