Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available for orders 3.500 TL and above. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.
- For orders under 3.500 TL, shipping costs are displayed in the order summary on the payment page.
Order Preparation & Shipping
- Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- All orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is handed over to the courier.
- Delays may occur in unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will be informed via email or SMS.

Order Tracking
- When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email and/or SMS containing your Yurtiçi Kargo tracking number.
- You can view the current status of your order by logging into your Shopify account and going to My Account → My Orders.
Delivery Information
- Orders are delivered only to addresses within Turkey.
- The customer is responsible for entering the correct and complete delivery address. Barbarian Woman cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect address information.
- If you are not found at your address, the cargo will be held at the Yurtiçi Kargo branch and you will be notified via SMS.
- Packages held at the branch must be collected within 3 business days from the delivery notification. Packages not collected within this period will be returned; a shipping fee will be charged for re-shipment.
Damaged or Lost Cargo
- If you notice damage when receiving your package, request a damage report from the courier.
- In case of damaged or lost cargo, contact info@barbarianwoman.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours.
- Your request will be reviewed and you will be informed as soon as possible.
